Ac power distribution cabinet and configuration
Whether a diesel generator set generates direct current or alternating current is related to the generator it is equipped with. If an AC generator is configured, it generates alternating current; if a DC generator is configured, it generates direct current.
Modern diesel generator sets, including small household backup diesel generator sets, are generally equipped with three-phase AC brushless synchronous generators. So what is emitted is alternating current. It is generally 220V or 380V alternating current. However, when the machine rotor has not reached the rated speed, the voltage and frequency of the device will be lower.
High-temperature power grid prevention
To overcome the impact of high-temperature weather on substation equipment, promptly eliminate operational obstacles in the power grid, and ensure the safe operation of the power grid during the high-temperature season. Each power bureau, in light of its actual situation, has launched the comprehensive inspection stage for the prevention of high temperatures during the peak summer period of this year. Each enterprise is also constantly monitoring the operation of its own generator sets!
The operation and maintenance work area of the bureau, in light of the actual situation, made early plans and took preventive measures, formulating a special work plan for preventing high temperatures during the peak summer period. Guided by the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost", with a focus on preventing the complete shutdown of substations caused by factors such as high temperatures and heavy loads, and on preventing equipment damage accidents such as transformers and GIS transformers caused by lightning strikes, overheating, and overloading, high-temperature prevention work will be carried out in a planned, focused, and targeted manner based on the principle of combining investigation and treatment.
It is learned that in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the special work plan for preventing high temperatures during the peak summer period, each station (office) in the bureau's work area has begun to inspect the load conditions of the main transformers, lines, busbars, and secondary circuits of the transformers in use within their jurisdiction, the oil and gas pressure of the oil-filling equipment, the temperature rise of the main transformers and the operation status of the cooling system, as well as the operation status of the transformers in use. In addition, temperature measurement and comprehensive inspection and investigation should be carried out for important secondary circuits. Large-load circuits, equipment with abnormally high node temperatures, and defective equipment should be filed and recorded to have a clear understanding. This will enable targeted analysis and maintenance and prevention work based on weak links.
The special work for preventing high temperatures during the "peak summer" period requires that the comprehensive inspection stage of the substation operation and maintenance work area for preventing high temperatures during the "Peak Summer" period should be fully completed by June 27th, and the key tracking stage will last until September 30th. At the same time, each station (office) should, on the basis of daily inspection and maintenance work, combine: high-load lines, transformers, secondary AC and DC circuits; The temperature rise of the main transformer and the operation status of the cooling system; Contact temperature measurement conditions, pressure sealing conditions of oil and gas devices; Environmental temperature variation; Special operation modes and the elimination of equipment defects; Based on the actual situation of important municipal power supply guarantee tasks and other circumstances, narrow the scope of work, organize special inspection and patrol in a focused, rhythmic and targeted manner, eliminate equipment abnormalities in high-temperature weather, and ensure operational safety.
